Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
Knead for 7-8 minutes and place in greased bowl. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. When ready, shape into mini pizzas (about 4-5-inch round).
Freeze on cookie sheet.
When ready to serve, take out of freezer and place on baking sheet that has been lightly oiled and sprinkled with cornmeal. Let thaw.
Sprinkle a little mozzarella on each pizza, spead with tomato paste, add whatever toppings and top with mozzarella.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
